Members' Conference
The highest governing authority of the Direct Selling Association is the Members' Conference which is in charge of making major policies and strategies, such as annual budget, financial statements, property disposition, conference schedule setting and amendment, and election of executive directors and supervisors.

Board of Directors and Supervisors
The director and supervisor are elected by the association's members and are responsible for making strategies and policies for members and for monitoring the progress of major plans. Some directors and supervisors are chosen to be standing committee directors and supervisors for processing the association's daily administration affairs. The board of directors and supervisors currently has 20 members, 5 of them standing committee directors, 10 of them directors, 1 of them standing supervisors, 4 of them supervisors.

Chairman of the Board
Members elect 15 directors among which 5 standing directors are elected. One of those 5 standing committee directors is elected to be the Chairman of the Taiwan DSA. The Chairman is responsible for all administration affairs of the commission and secretary council. The term for Chairman is 2-year long and he/she can seek re-election for another term.

Secretariat
The Secretary Committee is responsible for the association's daily administration affairs and is led by the Secretary General. The Secretary General is selected from the Chairman and approve by Board of Directors and Supervisors.

Legal Affairs Committee
The Legal Affairs Commission introduces the law, acts and articles of the direct selling industry from advanced countries, and provide the information for the government's reference, and enhance the domestic direct selling industry's professionalism. The Legal Affairs Commission is also responsible for devising and researching the government's ordinance and articles, such as Fair Trade Law, Consumer Protection Law, Supervisory Regulations Governing Multi-Level Sales, and Health Food control Act.

Membership Committee
This committee is responsible for reviewing and auditing membership applications. This commission doesn't only accept membership applications passively, but also invites decent and honest companies to sign up for membership, so as to expand the direct selling industry's territory and to build a better future.

Finance Committee
The direct selling association is a service organization established for all members. The association's revenue originates from all membership companies' membership fees and donation. The association's Finance Committee is thus responsible for the association's financial and accounting affairs, and for submitting financial statements for the executive directors' and supervisorss' meetings.

Taxation Committee
The Taxation Committee communicates with the parliament and taxation governing institutions and submits suggestions and taxation proposals meeting the principles of justice and fairness for gaining maximum interests for direct selling companies and members.

Education Team Training Committee
The Education Team Training Committee was founded educating the social public to understand the direct selling correctly and this committee aimed at promoting the social public to understand the direct selling. This committee eradicates the social public's misunderstanding toward the direct selling industry by hosting itinerary seminar and speeches. This committee is also devoted to direct selling operation, management systems, and academic research, and also assigns experts and academic researchers to direct selling researches and announces their investigation reports and the research results periodically and provides the direct selling business with the latest academic reports and information.

Codes of Conduct Committee
Written by WFDSA, the codes of conduct are guidelines for interactions among direct selling companies, between company and distributor, and for treating customers as well. The Codes of Conduct Committee enacted the Ethic Codes meeting the domestic culture and custom by taking the spirits of WFDSA's regulation into reference. The committee appoints 3 impartial professionals having no relationship with the direct selling industry to process all complaint filings. This committee also promotes and educates people to realize the Codes of Conduct. |
