The association's membership application was enacted in accordance with the 7th and 8th articles of the Ordinance of the Taiwan R.O.C. Direct Selling Association. Any increment or revision of this membership application articles shall be valid only with the approval of executive directors' and supervisors' meeting.

1. Company Members

Any company running the direct selling business can apply for the group membership into the Taiwan R.O.C. Direct Selling Association. The applicants must meet the requirements as follows:

1. The applicant must fill in the membership application form of the Taiwan R.O.C. Direct Selling Association of Taiwan,
　and 2 commissioners of the Membership Application Committee will review and audit the application form. If the
　applicant meets the application requirements, the Membership Application Committee will submit the application form to
　the Board Committee Convention for second-staged review and approval after the first-staged review.

2. After the first-staged document review is approved, the Association will notify the application company (hereafter called as
　the application) shall introduce itself to executive directors and supervisors its business management philosophy, business
　plans, product marketing and business operation status for the references of making review and approval of the application.

3. If the application is not submitted before and within 2 month period prior to the association's executive directors' and
　supervisors' meetings, the application will be reviewed for approval in the next meeting.

4. The application company, or unit and its designated representative for attending the association's activities shall be exempt
　of the situations set as follows:

　　1. Adjudicated against criminal law and not yet finished jail term.
　　2. Being prosecuted and wanted by court.
　　3. Under the age of 20.
　　4. Adjudicated by the court as unable to handle personal property and not yet revoked by the court.
　　5. Ever involved in illegal direct selling pyramid or similar fraud activities.

5. The application company must be duly organized and existing under the law of Taiwan, R.O.C.

6. The application company must initiate its first or one of its direct selling business plans in Taiwan, and if its company is the
　founding institution of its direct selling system, and if the application company's CEO or business operation executive also
　owns the direct selling membership, the application will not be restrained.

7. The application company must have been founded and also involved in direct selling business for more than 1 year.
　However, if the applicant is the subsidiary or agent of an international direct selling company which has been confirmed to
　have joined in the WFDSA as a member, the application can be exempt of the 1-year limitation.

8. The application company should not have any direct-selling commodities in violation of any law or regulation or in conflict
　with social order and custom, or susceptible to the aforementioned violation.

9. The application company should not have any sales & marketing plans or business supporting materials in violation of any
　law or regulation or in conflict with social order and custom, or susceptible to the aforementioned violation.

10. The application company and its real CEO or registered CEO shall not have ever be involved in any illegal pyramid
　organizations or similar fraud schemes.

11. The application company shall have never received any assistance or directing from any domestic or foreign illegal
　pyramid organizations or have any business links with such.

12. The application company's business operation and financial status shall be stable.

13. Before applying for company members, the application company shall make a registration with the Fair Trade
　Commission, Execution Yuan, and submit the registration serial number and its duplication, and the application company's
　corporate registration license duplication to the association for review and approval.

2. Individual Members

Whoever is interested in the direct selling business can apply for personal membership. The personal member shall meet the requirements listed as follows, and the executive directors' and supervisors' meeting shall approve the said personal application.

1. Personal Membership Application of the Taiwan R.O.C. Direct Selling Association shall be filled in clearly, completely
　and honestly, and shall be reviewed and audited by 2 commissioners of the Membership Application Committee. If the
　said applicant meets the requirements, the "Membership Application Committee" shall submit the personal application to
　the "Board of Directors and Supervisors Committee" for reviewing and approval after the first-staged reviewing and
　approval.

2. If the application is not submitted within 2 months prior to the "Board of Directors and Supervisors Committee", the said
　application will be processed until the next "Board of Directors and Supervisors Committee".

3. The applicant shall be exempt of the situations listed as follows:

　　1. Adjudicated against criminal law and not yet finished jail term.
　　2. Being prosecuted and wanted by court.
　　3. Under the age of 20.
　　4. Adjudicated by the court as unable to handle personal property and not yet revoked by the court.
　　5. Ever involved in illegal direct selling pyramid or similar fraud activities.

4. The applicant must be duly organized and existing under the law of Taiwan, R.O.C.

5. The application company shall initiate its first or one of its business plans in Taiwan, and the applicant shall not be any
　distributors, the sale agents taking sales bonus without involving in business activities, agents, or other members.

6. The application must have been founded and also involved in direct selling business for more than half year. However, if
　the applicant is the subsidiary or agent of an international direct selling company which has been confirmed to have joined
　in the WSDA as a member, the application can be exempt of the 1-year limitation.

7. The direct-selling commodities associated with the company of the applicant should not violate any law or regulation or in
　conflict with social order and custom, or susceptible to the aforementioned violation.

8. The sales & marketing plans and business supporting materials associated with the company of the applicant should not
　violate any law or regulation or in conflict with social order and custom, or susceptible to the aforementioned violation.

9. The applicant's and its real CEO or registered CEO shall not have ever involved in any illegal pyramid organizations or
　similar fraud schemes.

10. The applicant's shall have never received any assistance or guidance from any domestic or foreign illegal pyramid
　organizations or have any business links with such.

11. The applicant's business operation and financial status shall be stable.

12. Before applying for Individual members, the application company shall make a registration with the Fair Trade
　Commission, Execution Yuan, and submit the registration serial number and its duplication, and the applicant's corporate
　registration license duplication to the association for review and approval.

3. Associate Members

If you wish to support and affirm the direct selling industry, you are welcome to enroll in as a supportive member.

If the supportive membership application of the Direct Selling Association of Taiwan, ROC, shall meet the requirements listed as follows, the 'executive directors' and supervisors' meeting shall approve of its application.

1. Public and Private organization or individual can be qualified for membership application (the supportive members are not
　entitled to entitled to vote, neither to be elected nor to depose.

2. Associate Membership Application of the Direct Selling Association of Taiwan, R.O.C. shall be filled in clearly,
　completely and honestly.

3. The applicant shall be exempt of the situations listed as follows:

　　1. Adjudicated against criminal law and not yet finished jail term.
　　2. Being prosecuted and wanted by court.
　　3. Under the age of 20.
　　4. Adjudicated by the court as unable to handle personal property and not yet revoked by the court.
　　5. Ever involved in illegal direct selling pyramid or similar fraud activities.

4. The applicant must be duly organized and existing under the law of Taiwan, R.O.C.

5. The Associate Members shall donate the DSA fees periodically.
